Spotlight is a pop-up exhibition in the library space at Hyphen showcasing the work of young local artists.
Alannah Barnes, Fox Williams, Henry Eather, Isabelle Rebetzke and Michaela Binyon each demonstrate a unique style across a variety of mediums. Their works explore themes such as identity, belonging and the experience of the COVID-19 pandemic through the eyes of young people.
At Hyphen, we are committed to shining a spotlight on our local talent and assisting young members of our community as they pursue their artistic goals. Each of the young artists are also part of a mentorship program to help develop their artistic practice, explore new ideas and opportunities and understand the life of a professional artist.
