/ What’s On
For children aged up to 18 months, these sessions focus on building interactions between caregivers and babies through shared stories and simple songs and rhymes.
Storytime encourages a love of stories, books and reading and helps facilitate cognitive, language and social development in children. Through singing songs and rhymes, children develop phonological awareness and think spatially while reading encourages print motivation, learning how books work. These sessions include activities that help children practice fine motor skills, following directions and inspire their imagination.
Stay and play after our Storytime session.
Using assorted toys, games and activities, Stay and Play allows children to enhance curiosity and creativity, to learn as they discover, improvise and imagine.
It is a great opportunity for caregivers and children to meet and connect with others in a safe and welcoming environment.
