Get ready for a creative adventure at Art Club – where the fun of play meets the excitement of making in our after-school workshops!
Every week, children will try out various hands-on art techniques and unlock their creativity through engaging activities. From building imaginative thinking to honing art-making skills, Art Club is the perfect space for young artists to explore and express themselves.
For children aged 6 to 12.
Bookings required. By booking in for this program you are committing to attend each of the Term 2 dates for your booked day. Please book for either Monday or Tuesday sessions- not both days as the activities will be repeated.
Parents and guardians are welcome to stay for the workshops or explore Hyphen for the duration of the workshop.

Hyphen Kids is an after-school program for children aged 6 to 12 years based on elements of STEAM learning. Each week is designed to build on the experiences, blending in larger themes of the exhibitions and making use of all the resources throughout the Hyphen space. Aimed at primary school ages, children will be taken through step-by-step the art making process. Parents are asked to stay within the venue.
Due to the overwhelming demand from previous years, please refrain from booking into both days.
For 2024, the program will run in four-week blocks, not for the full term.
Term 2 will have two four-week blocks, run on two days. Block 2 in Term 2 will be a repeat of the first four-week block.
