Perfect for beginners seeking a starting point, you will have fun as you build your skills and create something new.
Fun and challenging exercises will encourage you to develop your skills and personal style in a supportive learning environment.
You don’t need to bring anything, but you may wish to wear clothes that can get charcoal on them.
This workshop is open to budding artists of all skill levels but is recommended for people 16 and over.
Included are all drawing materials; drawing surfaces (various grades and types of paper); easels, tables and other necessary equipment; with, access to our kitchenette with fridge, microwave and basic coffee and tea facilities
About the artist
Stephanie Jakovac, originally from Slovenia, is our current artist in residence. She arrived in Australia in 1973 and after extensive study in both Slovenia and Australia, Stephanie commenced her career as a commercial artist while continuing to draw and paint for recreational purposes. Stephanie now enjoys enabling others and passing on her skills and knowledge.
