Need help using My Digital Health? One-on-one helpdesk sessions are available on Fridays from 10am.
We’re here to help with accessing:
• Digital vaccination certificates;
• My Digital Health records;
• My Gov account;
• Medicare online; and,
• Finding reliable health sources online.
Sessions are at 45-minute intervals.
Please bring your Medicare card and email account information.
Note: Staff are here to help you navigate the online portals to access your own health information. They are unable to provide specific advice beyond how to access the technology to use the My Gov and My Digital Health websites.
