Alexander Leeworthy’s intimate digital portrait drawings and watercolour paintings are an exploration of identity.

By depicting people in their personal spaces, Alexander explores the connections between oneself and one’s things.

Beloved gifts, precious hobbies, trinkets from the ground and op-shop treasures; the objects people surround themselves with tell stories about what they love and who they are.

About the artist

Alexander is a talented young artist currently based in Yackandandah. Fascinated by the theme of identity, they use a digital drawing program to produce their work, allowing the addition of small details to enhance character.
